Spring in a London cemetery

I love wandering around London’s gothic cemeteries, with their lurching graves scattered around forest trees, and their quiet and rural atmosphere.

I recently moved to South Ealing and took advantage of the beautiful spring-ish weather today to visit the local cemetery and take a few photos.

This cemetery was established in 1861; it is beautiful and probably in need of a bit of renovation, although the neglected aspect it has actually reinforces the ethereal feel of it.

Can you spot the squirrel and the bird?
